My Plan Out of Here

If I no longer am able to make decisions, get myself to the kitchen to prepare and eat food, and/or get myself to the restroom, change my underwear, and clean myself up, I would like James and Leigh to work to help me initiate my death plan; starvation, or fasting, until death.   I’ll need a positive, assertive, empathetic team to help and convince me with matter of fact love, encouragement, care and kindness to do this very thing; enact a final death procedure through starvation. I would like James and Leigh to work to ensure I begin my end of life procedures by these means. If necessary, I would like a slow introduction to opiates, natural earth medicines, if I become unruly, uncomfortable, and/or tyrannical.   I would like surrounding people to understand I am preparing for a last ditch effort at enlightenment, peace, and shall be attempting to radiate my energy completely from my core;Mind once my heart beat stops. Separation of Church and State

  What’s with “separation of church and state”? Yes, this modern world will benefit most from a “separation of church and state”.   This is not a denial of “God” this is an acceptance that persons have no righteous power or   ownership with, through or from “God” ; Interpretations of this phenomenon or situation of “God” are diverse, private, subjective and personal.   Claiming divine ordinations is completely subjective, means to manipulate and persuade, and has no place within law, reason, or the public forum representing people through an individual representative.   God cannot be explained nor understood and therefore has no place in the manipulations of man and the logistics of governance.   Rather, enact equity, common agreements, and common goals for the purposes of health and prosperity of all people through the elemental cycles and compounds; this is the “common good”.   However, an honoring and protection for all diverse and creative views of...

I expect to have ten to twenty more years of life and perhaps twenty more yet most definitely I will be dead by the year 2070 and perhaps by tomorrow; one never knows.  I write to give solace and to send Hope; everlasting Energy awakened, experienced as Consciousness.  If you are alive, and you are reading this, may Hope guide You.. These next fifty years will be the years of reckoning. The term is originally associated with the ancient Greek philosopher Socrates, in his defense when on trial for his life." –December 2016 I associate The Gadfly with the task of exposing the "Elephant in the Room";the obvious ironies, hypocrisies or blindness regarding the actions of a group or individual.  The Gadfly is not to be confused with an obnoxious "asshole" who seeks attention to delight or entertain oneself.  The Gadfly is an archetype essential to the well being of a society and unfortunately often pays a heavy price for freedom of mind and pointing out the obvious.   For Every Body Practitioner; Pros and Cons of a Teacher June 27th, 2016  Yesterday my yoga teacher encouraged me to put down in words my thoughts regarding the dangers of following the teacher.  Observing what an accomplished yoga practitioner demonstrates and attempting to “mimic” what is being demonstrated is the point at which much ignorance can blossom.   We thought these insights might be useful for future teachers within the lineages of Yoga who are new to teaching. These insights are from someone who has experienced many teachers, many lessons and found alignment through necessity rather than desire while suffering through her attempt to follow the instructions and please the teacher.
